Just ask in plain words. Your assistant reads your board, your matches, and what your friends already share with you — never anyone else's.

All of this is off by default. When you create a token, one box lets your assistant add things — trips, want-to-go countries, been countries — and a second box lets it change or cancel a trip you already have. Both only ever touch your account, and a token with neither box ticked can only ever look.

★ What it can never do

• Change anything without your say-so. Tokens start read-only. Adding is a box you tick when you create one; changing or cancelling a trip you already have is a second box on top of that. Each one is a separate, deliberate choice, neither can be switched on for a token that already exists, and both only ever touch your own account.
• See more than you can. It sees exactly what you see in the app. Your friends' trip privacy is enforced on the server, the same as in your browser.
• Message your friends. It talks to you and nobody else. A match is information for you — no friend gets nudged or put on the spot.
• Outlive your trust. Revoke the token on your account page and it goes dead instantly.
